WINK SAIGON CENTER is one of the first projects in the Wink Hotels chain in Vietnam. As a contractor performing sub-contract work for this project, BOHO Décor makes every effort to abide by the investor's rigorous technical and aesthetic standards.

The first Wink hotel project is located at 75 Nguyen Binh Khiem, in a rapidly growing area in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

In this project of the Sale Gallery area of ​​the Golden Palace apartment, BOHO Décor’s design team had defined that the creative ideas should be aligned with ​the wishes and perspectives of customers as well as the true nature of the interior. These elements blended together perfectly and created a story about contemporary style in interior design. Besides, with experienced construction team, we are proud to complete the construction of 5 mock-up units within 45 days.

Golden Palace apartment project is considered as one of the most luxurious apartments in the new administrative center of Hanoi capital - where connecting the most luxurious and classic buildings of the city.

Hado Centrosa Garden, the project that BOHO Décor was in charge of finishing the entire public area interior within 3 months under quality and safety standards as well as a committed schedule. Hado Centrosa Garden is a large-scale complex planned synchronously with modern facilities in the center of Ho Chi Minh City.

BOHO Décor is proud to be trusted by the investor to design and build package of Convention Center, HUFO Office Area and Reception Desk of the Friendship Tower Project. Delving into the theory of “less is more,” the design exemplifies simplicity at its best, that has been implemented throughout the building by investing in fine details and creating functional design elements in the most compact way which focus on efficiency and flexibility in use. Friendship Tower is a Grade A office building with more than 13,700m2 of high-end office for rent, located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City on Le Duan Boulevard.

Boho Décor is trusted to become the main interior contractor of Fulbright University Vietnam. We were in charge of fit-in items, loose furniture, interior decoration and MEP systems , which had to be done in less than 35 days under many stringent requirements of the investor.

Fulbright University Vietnam is the first American-style university in Vietnam located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. This is also the "home" of Fulbright University Vietnam before its headquarters in District 9 is completed and opened in the next few years.

The new headquarters of Viettel Group is officially put into operation. BOHO Décor is proud to be trusted by the investor as the interior contractor of this project. Within just over 11 months from the date of handing over the site, we have completed the supply and installation of all fit-out furniture, loose furniture (tables, chairs, curtains, carpets ...).

The new building of Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group, located at Lot D26 of Cau Giay New Urban Area (Hanoi) with the scale of 9 floors and 1 basement, overlooking the 32-hecta-width Detention Basin park. This area is expected to become the hub of many ministries and large enterprises.

Inspired by Scandinavian style, BOHO uses furnishings with simple lines, eye-catching elegant colors to give the clean, pure feeling to space. Besides, natural materials such as wool, linen, wood ... bring lightness, serenity to you and soothe the fatigue after a hectic work's day.

BOHO brings the warm and cozy feeling as soon as you are coming home. Public areas, Community Room, Gym Room ... designed with with Japanese touches, creating a sense of timelessness - never getting old and being better from time to time.

BOHO combines a green-gray color scheme with yellow accents in a flexible way to create contrast, while executing a youthful and eye-catching design for the Rilex’s Co-working space model. Simple but refined furnishings have been implemented in the design for maximized comfort. The use of inspirational quotes throughout the space not only highlight the interior but encourage creativity and determination for entrepreneurs and audiences alike.

Inspired by the beauty of four seasons in Ha Long, BOHO brings the fishing village in combination with the modern and unique interior design to Sea Stars Hotel Halong - an international standard 5-star hotel. Spring in the reception & lobby area and buffet restaurant. Summer in the Conference hall. Autumn night in the gym - spa and winter in the executive lounge.

In order to follow the strict requirements of feng shui, BOHO used large glass windows to introduce the most natural light into the room. The wood floor avoided noise while bringing a feeling of warmth. Yellow and cream colors were used alternatively to match with the owner’s feng shui energy and to create a gentle and romantic space.

Living room is the most important room in a house. It is the place where the family gathers, love resides and also you greet guests and spend time catching up with friends and relatives. To show the elegance and personality of the owner, BOHO selects gray - white as the main color tones and press navy on a few details. The carpet is placed under the sofa to reduce the echo and give the room a warmer feeling. Besides, TV is avoided and the sofa is put facing the window for the enjoyment of the great view of the Saigon River

The apartment is designed with minimalist shapes and lines such as straight lines, cubes, hexagons ... opening a dynamic, neat, youthful and comfortable space. BOHO selects a neutral base color and expertly arranges elegant furniture to create accents. Not too focus on detailed and sophisticated decoration, BOHO aims to experience a "ZEN" living space but still modern and fully functional.

Rustic and fun. The working condition is very important to the staff's effectiveness. Knowing this, in designing this office, Boho tried to make it cozy and full of energy so that our staff could always stay creative and fresh.

An inside-out planning design that welcomes all the elements of nature into the space, creates a unique experience that nowhere else has. The master bedroom was designed to accommodate the most demanding client with luxurious taste and an Asian twist.

The elegance of the office is inspired from industrial style reflected in dark and rustic colors, natural wood-textured materials, and fine black iron.This exclusive coordination is created by the use of wood and the office color scheme in work space. The versatility of wood material is very present in interior floors, constructing doors, walls, stairways, parquet flooring, and other furniture as well, from the design ground floor area to mezzanine floor of the building. It is the natural look of the wood veining beauty that best enhances the value of the workplace office.Additionally, wood color is a predominant feature in most work space, appearing in both lighter and darker gradient, together with the various distinctive wood colors of office furniture, all of which bring a special expression of chic and standout, vogue and youthful to the building. The main characteristic of the office staff is the youth and dynamic spirit which is embraced in a truly unique way, maintaining the connection between staffs in company with respecting individual private space. The working area is distributed fairly and properly to every single department in both floors. Unlike other typical offices, each work space stay separate with glass partitions, both floors are connected by spiral case and walls are mostly covered with shelves. The design purpose is not to occupy too much leg space but still give the appearance of openness; furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of respect the private working place of others as well. Every staff will get a lot more comfortable within their own workspace and tranquil enough to help them integrate with others better.Another outstanding point is the combination of the warm glow of yellow light and natural daylight of the design. The ceiling is decorated with extending connected pipelines. All these elements, along with the touch of wood, bring the sense of coziness and modern life to the workplace, and at times also hold a truly professional look.This is the message that Boho wishes to transmit into every our architecture design, typical is this office area.

The criteria for open and cushy atmosphere is the primary requirement for a relaxing space, which is designed in the special display of colors and furniture.The lounge space is typically decorated with neutral colors, such as gray floor mat, white walls, and brownish-yellow wood. Bright colors of sofa, wall, wooden shelves and yellow light in the hall create a warm and inviting atmosphere while cold colors are predominant in meeting room, representing business spirit. These colors in harmony with the circle-shaped chair, desk, ceiling and wall highlight the professional, luxury and modern design.Every lounge area has its own empty space designed in a minimalist style and is separated by glass doors. The design purpose of this circle image is to emphasize the goal of Coteccons: connection builds unity.The arrangement layout, as well as, the shape of furniture and every distinct area, therefore, embraces the image of circles connected together, which conveys a special meaning. That is the aggregation of rusticity and perfection, human and nature. All these integral elements took original significance on the construction. The open space in Coteccons reception area is composed of a lobby and a mezzanine floor and its every single element is implemented in harmonious & luxurious design. The reception area is also segregated from the outside with a sizable glass door that receives natural daylight illumination for maximum effect. The color scheme of bright wood, floor tile and the yellow light create a spacious view to the reception area, which make it more gleaming in the day and luxurious at night. This design also brings on feelings of reliability and professional to every visitors.Additionally, the spatial openness is applied in minimalist arrangement. Only functional furniture is present in particular space such as reception area, elevator surroundings, mezzanine floor, etc. This minimalist style still remains the openness despite the flow of people during rush hours.
